As you may have been advised two months ago Hongyue is soon moving to its new facilities at Haining
for business operation since November 28th,2007.Now we are busy with this big transition and we hope
our move during this period will not cause you any inconveniences, instead we hope the new facilities
will be a better platform to expand our business cooperation with your company in the future.

As Hongyue is administratively a Hangzhou company so after the move our registered head office will
still be located at Hangzhou.

But after November 28th if you have any shipment in any form for me please kindly ship to our Hangzhou
address with the receiver to be Michael Zhou.

This will apply to flower order shipment, flower seed samples order shipment, account statement, catalogs
or any other related shipment for me. My colleagues at Hangzhou office will be kindly enough to forward
your shipment to me once they receive it.

The correspondences for office at Hanghai Road will expire after November 28th, 2007.

We apologize for the more complicated correspondences at two new different locations and will appreciate
